For the opportunity hounds, a new one - now in the 5's. Amazing. You'd think that after backing out the debt, GBT and all its properties is worth more than the $150 mln. market cap it is sporting currently. After all, GBT is fully financed. So good news all around (there's an ING Barings conference today too, where GBT will be presenting), you'd think GBT would be doing well. For some reason, it is getting slaughtered. The whole sector is bad, but GBT is worse off by far (on a percentage basis). Morgan
