Hi Keith, I still have my dial-up account, but the installer of the DSL scrambled my dialer settings so badly that I'll have to start over again!

Thanks for the note. RFH sent me an article on the subject as well. The very first letter in their email archive was from an fellow Ameritech.net subscriber and states the same symptoms. That letter ends with "But when it's working, it's great!" Diddo!
