Yessiree. Billary probably has copies of those FBI files on all the Fed members. S/he could probably get the Fed's attention . . .

I don't think he can force the FED to do that but he could probably put in a strong suggestion to do so.

If we dump the oil reserves because we don't like the price, what happens if we have a war and are in dire need? With all of the refinery capacity that we have lost (due to Gore/Clintons green agenda) I don't know that more crude would solve anything.

Perhaps we should not all be driving SUV's etc. that only get 12 mpg greatly increasing our need for oil?

bp and I were discussing the reserves....if Clinton does this, do you think that there may be a backlash as everyone will see that it is a blatant political move instead of an emergency?

I believe that the market will freak out if he hits the reserves too hard.
