Hi Zeev:

People forget the DOW and DOW Transports when they focus on the NAZ. The DOW and NYSE have had some pretty good technical damage. Maybe a sign of things to come for the NAZ.

At this time people should be aware there is hightened risk in the market. High reward if you pick the right stocks but high risk if you have the wrong stocks. Remember we had the divergence early in the year and the NAZ finally tanked in March. It can happen again. I just hope we have till the election before the NAZ turns again.

I think we could finally be nearing the end of this bull run. However we can still see 50% gains in some of the stronger (and less huge PEG stocks like CSCO) tech stocks.

Its a traders market. Most investors who have been taught the Long Term Buy and Hold still haven't learned this lesson and will be caught again.

Good luck out there

Tim

Zeev, Is RMBS entitled to royalties on VIA DDR or SDRAM chipsets? People on the FOOL seem to think so, but why should supporting technology pay royalties or is there something in the chipset itself that would violate RMBSs patents?
