One of the problems that Sprint PCS has is terrible customer service--waiting at the store for ages. They have even had to hire security guards to try to quell the frustration. They claim they are addressing the situation by opening new stores and increasing staffing at the call center in the Dallas area. This was the subject of an long article in the Dallas Morning News two Sundays ago. I tried to find it on the paper's website (after that Sunday) but couldn't. Doesn't even show up in the archives.
