All aboard! Nice to see everyone here. I'll mention to a few others via PM's that we're here now.

TD, I was meaning to ask a question to you, and get your opinion on telecom rout. Other's chime in with their comments as well.

If someone mentioned to you on Jan 1, 2000 that the market cap of each of the following: T, SBC, FON, and WCOM would be halved by 9/30/00, would you have believed them at the time of the prediction? You would probably not have (either would I).

Yet...that's where we are. NT today is being bullied because of this, and I am wondering how this will trickle down eventually to the broadband chip guys.

Capital budgets expenditures are designed now, and I am wondering just how Q4, and Q1 are going to look for PMCS and AMCC, in particular.

Everyone and their brother is now press-releasing an "optical division" and/or optical spinoff. Can we say optical component glut? Maybe not, but it's going to be a fierce battle in the optical world.

Will we eventually take a hit due to valuation and even a minor slowdown from torrid growth (to reasonable: 20% Q over Q!!!)

Comments?
