The wait in Dallas, for anything other than buying a new phone and initiating service, is at minimum 45 minutes. It does not matter what time of day or night you go to the Sprint store. I told the guy when I saw the line today that if they don't get their act together I am moving my cell service to VerIzon. If you try calling *2, the wait is about 15 minutes.

All I wanted to know is if I could buy a used ThinPhone to replace my lost one. (My Q-Phone just isn't up to par anymore.) Since I intend to buy a new phone when 1x and GPS are available, I don't want to spend much. For the same reason, the time for my putting up with Sprint is just about over.
