Great article, WWS. Good to see the industry finally start to defend themselves. It appears that algore is determined to demonize the industry in an effort to deflect blame from himself for the current energy crisis. Hopefully, Bush will be able to follow the oil executives lead, and also incorporate their themes effectively in media ads (would be nice for the industry to get some free PR outta all this, lord knows they can use it).

Regards,

Patron

You are right WWS. That's a must read!

IMO, the EPA is one of the worst of our big government agencies. Unrealistic policies sometimes implemented with almost gestapo like scare tactics and intimidation.

There was an eye opening special on the FOX Network about 10 days ago that went through a long list of EPA actions against private property rights of citizens and businesses. Some of the examples were truly shocking.

Interesting that these issues haven't been given similar attention on the OTHER major TV networks which are all Headquartered in New York and have been closely aligned with the liberal wing of the Democrat party for many years.

Isopatch.

MDR gets new coverage, this is a bold step for a company with a subsidiary in Ch 11.

Frost Securities initiates coverage of MDR at Accumulate, price target $14.00.
