How about a tax on pickups. And an added, excise tax on pickups with wheels. With a surtax if the junker has a steering wheel. And a usage tax for a gun rack. In addition, a luxury tax if the pickup has a tail gate. I'm sure the folks in W. Virginia would go for that..... They'd just have to pay the base tax.... Btw, did you pick that handle due to political direction your life was taking, or because of too many day long "toke fests" with Al and Tipper?? Why aren't you voting for Nader?
