In vitro-fertilization shows that a fetus, in the right circumstance, is viable after a day or two. No the only legitimate boundary to mark the difference between abortion and murder is birth.

I said... "It cannot survive in the external world unless it is atleast 7+ months into gestation.".......It cannot survive without heroic life supports whereas a 30 week premie can.........DO I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR!
