Thanks. So, I have plenty of time to get Spinco as part of QCOM, but I may not have plenty of time to get it cheap (if you're right about pending news to pump up the IPO price). Almost got my buy-in price today.

David, re spinco announcement
I've been thinking

that the Spinco IPO would take off much better if a "deal" was anounced that would give Spinco the "right" to make WCDMA chips.
Ruff made a comment on Spinco thread last week regarding this possibility but haven't heard anything since and we are at the end of the week.
