<< Jesse Ventura said on Larry King last night that the Repubs were so consumed with crucifying Clinton that they failed to get out their message in this election. >>

But, they did get their message out. It was one of abuse of majority power. I was shocked when the Republican controlled House Committee went ahead with the impeachment without following the constitution. I knew that they were after Clinton, but I never expected them to violate their oath to uphold the Constitution.

America's great Constitution has made America great. I consider it a sacred document. When my Party, the Republicans, showed that they are willing to disregard the laws and the spirit of the Constitution, I decided to vote Democrat in the next election.

<< In other words, their anger (exemplified on this board by kkvkvkc) might well cost them this election. >>

Why are they so angry? KKVKVKC sounds like he is ready to bite off the head of a chicken? Is it because they don't like to be proven wrong all the time? Is it because they don't like logic, only religious dogma? What you think?

<<that the Repubs were so consumed with crucifying Clinton that they failed to get out their message in this election>>

The message is the same as it has ever been: smaller government vs. bigger government, less income tax vs. more income tax, personal responsibility vs. blame, independence vs. dependence, self empowerment vs. government empowerment, local control of issues vs. federal gov. control, anti-welfare vs. welfare, non affirmative action vs. affirmative action.

This message has been the same for as long as I can remember.....where have you been?
