Bipin,

re: "Book to Bill is up from 1.23 to 1.24."

Book to bill is SEMI EQUIPMENT, you idiot, not semiconductors.

re: "Go and visit local stores to check AMD display space vs INTC's. We did not have to think twice."

AMD is not Intel's problem, Intel is Intel problem. And I'm sure you didn't think even once.

John

Bipin, <Go and visit local stores to check AMD display space vs INTC's.>

So what? AMD systems have always had great visibility on the store shelves of Circuit City/Best Buy/Fry's/Costco. It's the same today as it was back in April. Yet look at this article:

news.cnet.com

On the processor front, AMD continued to lose ground to Intel after a surge during the holidays. Intel processors appeared in about two-thirds of the retail systems sold in April versus just more than one-third for AMD.

So it seems like availability on retail shelves doesn't necessarily equate to sales. But hey, I guess facts don't really matter to a flamer like yourself.
