Haqi, I have no problem answering questions as long as they are meant for purposes other than using as ammo against me. I'm not asking mark to do anything extraordinary. When he first asked that question he only singled certain people out and I was one of them. He knows perfectly well I was offended with it but I ended up answering him anyway. To come around and start asking it again is an insult, thus I tell him to look it up if it's so important. As to being the "elect" or "chosen" you have the wrong person partner. I have no assurance that I am even going to heaven. The scriptures say work out your own salvation with fear and trembling and I don't quite fit the role model for that. Hence the only thing I can bank on is that those who call on the name of the Lord will not be ashamed. I am too conformed to this world to be fit for heaven and have no assurance that I will ever be ushered in. On the other hand for me to tell other people that God will accept their person based on anything but the merits of his son's atonement is absolutely ludicrious. The bible makes it clear that those of us not found in Christ on the day of judgement will be spending eternity in hell. My message is hard because it falls on ears unaccustomed to the truth. Chris
