Old Monty Leonard was on the mod thread today stirring up the sh*t, saying that today's AMD increase was due to short covering.

Well apparently Mr. Leonard, the guru of TA and the lord most SI threads, may actually have it wrong. AMD now is up 2+ in after hours....then again maybe the shorts kept covering right into after hours.

I guess we may have to wait to fill that gap next year.

As I said.. it WAS mentioned in the WSJ and CBS Evening News.. but it wasnt a major story.. that single comic episode however.. made most of Canada say, "OMG, We better pray Gore wins" <g>
