wily,

Thanks for the quick response. I checked the device manager and found that each graphic card and monitor have their own corrected driver. So, this rule out the driver problem.

As to the mouse driver, I used the latest Microsoft optical mouse. I'm inclined to rule out the mouse driver problem because of the followings:

There were times that I could click on other windows (mytrack's) and closed them. Once these other windows closed, everything seemed to get back to normal. I was able to click on Netscape browser or even open the second browser. But to do this, I've to sacrifice other windows for it. But when too many windows were open at one times, I would not have the good luck to close some of them. The system just freeze, even though Mytrack's quote page was still flashing with the latest quotes.

I also tried to use IE and it gave me the same problems.

Could it be all the windows coming out from mytrack.com (e.g. Quote page, streaming quotes, 3 dynamic charts, Level II) hogging up all the memory? Will adding more RAM memory help here?

I found that as long as I use only one browser window, I'm fine. But this is too cumbersome and slow when I want to use another online broker account to do a trade. Having to load up another broker using only one browser window is not very efficient. That is why I'm so frustrated. Finding out about this thread is a godsend. Hopefully, by the process of elimination with feedbacks from many here, I'll be able to find a cure for my problem.

Wily, thanks again for your thought.
