Get rid of Napster, and you will have to get rid of the others, Gnutella, Scour, and all the other Napster clones out there. Then once you ban those, others will pop up after that, and so on and so on....Never ending battle.

I think we should ban the Internet, it would stop these crazy days on Wall Street <g>

I don't really know anything about napster. I just have an opinion that the artists have the right to say whether or not their studio quality work can be distributed without ever receiving any benefit. I don't think that napster is necessarily the wrongdoer in this case though, from what I understand, it is just the vehicle that is used by individuals to exchange the music.
