Fridays with Fred to start soon. TO: All Ashton Shareholders FROM: Fraser P. Seitel, Ashton Shareholder Relations Counsel SUBJECT: Fridays with Fred Growing out of the many questions posed at the September 21 Annual Meeting of shareholders, we have been discussing ways where CEO Fredric W. Rittereiser could continue to answer shareholder questions directly and in a more timely manner. To accomplish this, here’s what Fred has agreed to do. Each Friday, at 1 p.m., commencing October 13th, the CEO will answer previously-submitted shareholder questions in an open telephone conversation. To participate in the questioning, shareholders should submit questions to info@ashtontechgroup.com by 4 p.m. Wednesday of the week of the call. Questions will then be posed to our CEO on Friday with all shareholders invited to listen in on the answers. We are in the process now of setting up the toll free number for our first call, which will take place on October 13 at 1 p.m. EST. We will post the phone number and instructions for interested shareholders on our website: www.ashtontechgroup.com. Assuming the shareholders find these calls valuable, Fred has agreed to continue the process on subsequent Fridays. I look forward to receiving your questions. Thank you.
