No Phoenix I respectfully think you ar wrong.. There is already precedent in the Sony case against Universal and other cases but the courts will decide that not you and I. We and many other will debate it..<ggg> Beside the legal issue Napster coudl turn out ot be the most exciting Portal on the net where one can download movies, music, speeches, etc. I want to invest in it and am trying to figure out how. The lawyers will decide what's legal and what is not. I would love to take a shot now and bet( on an IPO or venture capital)that Napster wins..
