I hear ya John, but has refinery capacity increased that much recently to account for demand that has seen crude prices soar into the mid 30s?

My thinking was that your second statement may explain much, coupled with growing current demand in Asia. Perhaps the SPR release can help trim down our trade deficit if some of it gets exported. <G>
