Check out Wired magazine if you can or Fortune. Nobody can stop these guys especially Gnutella(its not even centralized)Swapoo(for games)or Riffshare or gnutmeg or imesh. there is even Openap if Napster goes into venture capital or gets stopped by the courts. OpenNap servers are ready to take over. Most of Opennap servers are outside the USA. This is the future I don't think anything is going to be able to stop it. More important my wife liked her lobster :)))

Scour is partially owned and fundsed by Michael Ovitz formerly from Disney and they are going to do movies and video files. More important my wife liked her lobster :)))
