...undoubtedly not using the latest and greatest from Redmond... --- Yeah. After Microsoft's PC-DOS 7.0 everything is pretty much a coaster around here. -- Oh wait... <g> --- Although I believe MS will be remarketing Windows Me CDs through The Franklin Mint by the end of the year, I think the MS fellow who posted that hypothetical .NET developers have more 'choice and richness' needs to ammend that to just 'richness'. Still, I don't need HotJava or any Java browser, yet alone Cascadian Klan Style Sheets and 'Sun' fonts to access the developer pages on "the competition's" web site. <g> -JCJ

Rudedog and the thread? I believe it is Oct. 2nd when the Supreme Court will decide to rule on MSFT case or hand send it back to the court of appeal! Do you have any idea what will be the market's re-action if the case sent back to the court of appeal?

If Supreme COurt take on the case, how long would it be before it is examined and a sentence is handed down?

If the case goes to the court of Appeal how long it will take for a decesion to be handed down?

I believe in wither scenarios we will go on until mid-2001
before we know what will happen to MSFT! (pls. correct me
if I ma worng!!) In any either case, we, small investors will be a hsotage of Feds. for another year and the stock will stay where it is!
