WWS. Nothing like good tortured reasoning for a good laugh<G>. In effect this OPEC heavy is telling the world: Winning the election in the US is an "emergency" justifying a big SPR release. But don't you other countries try it to win your elections. ROFL!! See what a little army of occupation in the ME and selling them a few patriot batteries can do?, lol Very important to have a good sense of humor during election years.
