The 3-day EMA moved above the 6-day EMA for Bush. Is this a buy signal or should we wait for a pullback?

Terry--

Your comments regarding the 3000 sq. ft. NY ranch were in direct relation to LIHEAP funding (there was no mention of SPR or SUVs. Go back and read your post.) Your comments implied that this was some sort of bonanza for the middle class to gain votes. I assumed you clearly didn't understand how the program worked.

Oh, and I wear a "get your facts straight" hat.

>>>Of course both parties will support assistance to the poor. They'd look like monsters if they didn't><<<

You think Cheney supports this ONLY not to look like a monster? Like I said before, energy/utility guys LOVE this program. Depending on the date and the temperature in some regions utilities are forbidden from executing the shut-off. When accounts go delinquent in severely cold weather LIHEAP pays the bills or they don't get paid at all. If Bush/Cheney ever tried to kill this program they'd have to deal with the wrath of every utility lobby and not a just a few oil groups.

This is welfare at it's finest!!! Where government welfare meets corporate welfare and social welfare and no one complains!!!

If this program ever gets killed, sell your utility stocks. The Aging of America will only increase the need for this program (remember, the elderly get priority.)
