Thanks lurqer,

A fairly boilerplate response from Lukman, though the warning is a bit ominous. I'll be more inclined to watch price levels, and API/DOE production reports to see where this is headed.

Several weeks ago, OPEC reps were quoted as being in favor of lowering the market to a stable price for a barrel of crude in the mid to upper USD 20's. They've changed their tune and are now preaching that today's price is the right price. To me, this indicates trouble brewing. Just a feeling. There's more animosity in the tone of the discussion today.

FWIW, Ray

Lurqer dude,

A few weeks ago, when we were talking Biotech, I thought you mentioned HGSI as one of your holdings.
Am I mistaken?

Anyhow, I think I may buy into them this morning for a trade.
I really like their chart.

stockcharts.com[L,A]DACLYYMY[DC][PC20!D20,2!B50!B200!F][VC60][ILF!LI14,3!LK14!LA12,26,9!UH14,3!UB14!LG]

Several indicators are looking good and they are approaching a breakout of their previous highs.

RSI is rising but not above 70 while touching the upper Bollinger band.
Will%R has just yelled, "Buy!"
MACD crossover in the making.
Volume has been rising on the days they go up and followed by less volume on down days.

In addition to this TA, I read that TMF is adding them to their rule breaker portfolio.
(It appears that they use TA although they won't admit it...)
:^)

Overall the entire Biotech sector is looking good in my opinion.
The more I watch them, the more I believe that the Biotechs may take over from where the internet stocks left off.
(...and perhaps they will eventually die a similar death...)

I'm comparing the Biotech's incredible unseen promise to the way the Internet related sector looked before it was as defined as it is now.
It's vague promise for incredible growth seems to leave a lot of room for dreaming of tremendous future profits.

Another wave of biotech IPO's are on the way.
I'm watching for the houses to begin fluffing up the sector in order to make these new issues more appealing.

What are your thoughts?

I mentioned the sector again, the other day, but didn't get much feedback.
Anyone with an opinion would be appreciated.

Anyone find a chart with as much appeal?

P.S. MLNM looks good also...
