I was listening to the radio this am when they played a clip of Cheney on a talking heads program from yesterday. That guy has his stuff together. He was saying that we don't have an oil shortage, it's a refinery shortage caused by too much regulation. Clinton's turning oil loose into a situation where the oil will have to wait to be processed.
