Arbitration is not a sign that Hyundai want to stall the case. Where in G'd's name that you come up with that crap.<gg> Arbitration i s something a judge orders to see if the parties can settle before going to a lengthy and costly trial. Its done even in divorce cases the Judge orders it and lets the parties know he would prefer to have the case settle. The Arbitrator reports back that one party is not interested in settling and the judge remembers that..even though they are not supposed to..
