re: leading edge 512 Mbit flash

Actually, Aus, I was thinking more along the lines of 512MB being a 512 megabyte card not a 512 Mb chip.

MB = Megabyte
Mb = Megabit

What do you think, at todays prices, it will cost for the Pontis 4 Gig Mp3 player complete with the 4 Gigabyes of flash card memory?

I think I know why they call it the "Rolls Royce" of Mp3 players. Because if you buy one, you can no longer afford a Rolls Royce.

For a company with low tech flash memory, SSTI sure is growing fast, isn't it? Even faster than SNDK. Wow. How can this be? In fact earnings per share estimates for 2001 are much higher for SSTI than SNDK even considering that they have more shares. Go figure.

How's that for objective?
