That said I will not respond favorably to bashing by either side and I have sent private EMAILs to both sides on this.

The problem is someone has to stop first and it never lasts. Then we see the next BaahaaaBBHHHHHHAAAAAA BS all over again.

A) Your definition of "Bashing" is your problem;
B) Your reaction to your definition of "Bashing" is your problem;
C) If anything I have said on this list crosses your "Bash" line it is, again, your problem; and
D) If you find it necessary to "call me names" in dealing with "your problems" ...well you get the picture.

But don't worry. If I ever do get the urge to call someone a name or "BaahaaaBBHHHHHHAAAAAA BS", you will be the first to know. :8)

In the words of some obscure presidential campaign "minder", you are getting "off topic". The official Rambus line is that Rambus wins whether they get SDRAM and DDR royalties or not, because all roads lead to Rambus.
