Carl you have not noted my earlier posts. I do not toe the "official BU$$ line". I agree LONG TERM anyway, (but what matters to me most right now is short term) In the short term 6-8 months the the stock price of RMBS is very very dependent on the outcome of DDR and possibly SDRAM royalties.

I therefore agree with Scumbria's suggestion that more discussion on this issue is called for. Zeev, NightOwl, and Myself have started a discussion along these lines, although we ant clearly not patent attorneys, at least I am not.

In the meantime I am researching technical issues that may or may not cause DDR to be more expensive than people think, or for that matter less expensive than the RMBS bulls think.
