Heard it, too. Lets see...no current debt, over a billion in cash on hand, and now this. They're either going shopping, planning some huge expansion program to meet still rising demand and/or bust into new markets, or ???

So much for my after hour trade yesterday. It moves into the investment column.

Hi all - the good news is that GS will soon pound the table for ADI. The bad news is I hate convertibles! The 2nd should be qualified though. In ADI position, her convertibles are probably kosher, i.e., a good way to raise capital to fuel expansion, which is indeed a good sign for LT investors. However, at the very least, there will be some ST weakness, as the conservative investors will likely to exchange the common for prefer. This is not the reason I hate convertibles though. Rather, I hate toxic convertibles, which is unlikely the case here. Still, watch for the filing [424B3?]

best, Bosco
