All I am able to get are slow quotes, very few charts and no T&S. Anyone else having this problem? I have tried many different servers.

I'm sorry you find that pathetic, however our development teams are working on other higher priority issues (i.e. the 300-400 NYSE issues that are having difficulty.) If I had an estimate I would give it. I am not involved in the credit decision process, but if you would like to request a credit, please talk to our billing department (1-800-498-8068).
