I like your rewording of my points. One suggestion: Have to grab the reader's attention with the first few or they will "file it" Suggest you move the following points:

#6 ==>#1 (no doubt in my mind that this is #1 bonehead thought)
#20 ==>#2
#33 ==>#3
#19 ==>#4

IMHO those are "hot buttons" and should attract the reader's interest.

Maybe we should put out a press release...send it out through BusinessWire on behalf of the board. Could be a first...an internet message board issuing a press release.

It would be interesting to see what would happen.

I think I can get my PR firm to do it and just pay the one-time fee.
