Mostly, Cisco and Microsoft and IBM and Compaq, but we are speaking politically: Ronald Reagan, for putting us on the right track; Newt Gingrich, for electing a Republican Congress; Greenspan, for imposing monetary discipline; Rubin, for encouraging fiscal discipline; and only then, to some extent, Clinton for appointing them...........
