In view of the FACT that 8 years of Clinton/Gore has gotten us into a precarious position in our energy situation, Bush and Cheney's expertise in the oil business is a huge advantage. Maybe now we can get some rational policies in place.

I tried to tutor this individual on how HAL has a strong correlation with oil business.
