Bambs,

I see.. I knew I was missing something. My point is NT IS earning money - they are showing good earnings growth from operations. The write off of goodwill is a non cash expense. When investing in a company I think one has to look at the health of the business, the markets they play in and they're execution. If one is going to be swayed by the write off of goodwill then I suppose the day that goodwill is exhausted the company suddenly becomes a gem. Until then they are losing money. Seems like a strange way to evaluate a company... but to each his own.
