We _all_ benefit from Microsoft's unwillingness to roll over... --- Well, I don't know. MSFT shareholders seem to be getting the short end of *that* stick, for *sure. MS's 'unwillingness to rollover' is like some sort of mental illness. Don't you realize that the catalyst for all of this was MS's arrogance in ignoring the previous consent decree? Don't kid yourself. --- Also, every single company which the Sherman Act has been applied to since Theodore Roosevelt signed it into law has said that 'It doesn't apply to us'. --- Still, the damage has been done. Clearly, MS has screwed themselves (and specifically MSFT shareholders) by staying twisted up with the Govt(s) and purposefully dragging it out, of all things. (IMO) -JCJ
