, the metro access and last mile needs to be deployed be careful with this thinking, a few years ago in the "worldwide goldilocks economy" we were going to sell every chinese and russian a coke, a compaq, and a gillette. that was on the eve of the asian meltdown. now we've had a new version, the new internet economy, with all the new names that have replaced coke, compaq and gillette. they will all end the same way as the former mentioned over-indulged and overpriced issues did. and the ones that are already being beaten up most are ones that likely won't make the final cut. only apple computer, survived the PC computer mania of the early 1980's, and only a very few of these overly pampered, overly funded internet companies will be around as long as msft, intc and apple.
