I know, and I understand the difficult position cops are in. But we are at the point where a retarded/dimwit is subject to a hail of lead with no weapon in sight and the offense is stealing 30 bucks of gas. I can see something like this happening to a deaf person also. Locally, there have been a couple pretty bad shootings (death) by LEOs which shouldn't have happened. Period. Too many of the current crop lack judgement, IMO.
