I went ahead and asked SI to pay for the press release, and here was their reply. At least they answered promptly:

Mike:

distribution services, such as PR Newswire or Business Wire. Your best

Bovinski. In late last nite to find this msg on phone ans machine:

Fav friend to brainstorm on horn with is long time commodity trader in gold, NG, crude AND products on NYMEX. Tells moi that HO is being EXPORTED to Europe from US Gulf Coast!

Geez, talk about Quehobo's "law of unintended consequences"? Gore/Clinton sett'in up heating oil reserve and Europe is outbidding them. "Sorry Charlie", lol.

AND more news. In the trade, only US light sweet is well bid. Partly refecting refinery needs. BUT! Also reflecting good portion of SPR release com'in up is heavier oil which is ALSO most of what SA has to contribute to recent OPEC production increases!

"Law of Unintended Consequences", Catch 22 and Murphy's law all playing loud and strong.
