13:27 ET Electronic Arts (ERTS) 44 -6 7/8 (-13.5%): Stock has come down sharply on Playstation rumor. Concern is that delay in launch of the game station will hurt software sales. Also seeing weakness in Activision (ATVI 11 7/8 -2 23/32) and Take-Two Interactive (TTWO 12 1/2 -15/16)
13:24 ET Sony Corp (SNE) 103 -6 (-5.5%): Trades off on reports that the Playstation II launch has been either downsized or delayed.

Netopia (NTPA) 12 -1 23/32: Prudential downgrades to ACCUMULATE from STRONG BUY rating and price target of $18. Firm believes the company may have difficulty meeting their September Quarter and possibly December as JATO, which comprises 10% of NTAP"s business is in the midst of some financing and restructuring issues; consequently NTPA will not be making deliveries to JATO, which could cause the company to miss their revenue targets
