".........who's side would you be on, as if I don't already know!" Well, this kind of comment shows how little thought you actually give to a discussion. It might help if you got off the agenda bandwagon. I am not on the side of an intruder (assuming the man intruded to cause harm as you implied). I am also not on the side of the shooter. This was not a case of self defense, which is what our discussion centers on. The weapon used could have been a two by four and caused the same results. Would you be happier with that? Why do you keep trying to spin a question about self defense to something else?
