08:06 ET Silicon Storage (SSTI) 26 1/64: Chip maker expects Q3 earnings to exceed $0.35 a share. The First Call mean for the qtr was $0.28. Cites better-than-expected yield improvements.

I do Doc. Wall Street is rebelling against that new law. They are NOT giving up their advantage without a tacit fight, however.
