The IPO for Micro is in March I believe (not January).
That will be about 20% of the Micro stock. The other 80% will be a tax free dividend given in the summer.

It should traditionally cause it to increase, but you saw what happened with AV. It didnt help at all. Micro of course grows earnings at about 35%, and I would expect that by next March, this released value should be apparent in the stock price.
