DNA: You're reading my posts too fast. I said "surely some of this money" not "all of this money" can be used to make life better for America's needy widows and widowers, as opposed to making the rich richer.

"Some" could be as low as 5 percent (or even less) of the surplus. Even 1 percent would be $2 billion plus to help America's needy elderly.
