Don't worry about being the technology leader because that invariably increases your capital costs" KODAK produces thousands of relatively obscure products to meet the needs of most anyone who ever asked. Their R&D budget used to be HUGE. Inventory management is still a challenge. You may be too young to have noticed but EK was once an R&D powerhouse. Perhaps all the old jaws that you meet at the lake are too young to remember "the good times". I write this having been on hold with flashcom.com for 20+ minutes after COVAD installed my $90+/mo, premium DSL service >5 hours after it was promised. They left me with a connection and a MODEM but nothing close to a working connection. I was up at 8:00am for this and it is now getting old. Craig
