I am not sure demand is as pessimistic as it is being portrayed. ************************ Xilinx (XLNX) 79 11/16 -11/16: Chase H&Q upgrades to STRONG BUY from BUY; ups price target to $105 from $85. Firm believes quarter will exceed expectations of 15% q/q revenue growth; due to the strength of the company's Virtex, Virtex E, and 4000XLA product shipments on the high end and Spartan-II product family on the low end now expect q/q to be in the range of 17-18%.
