RTS, I just nibbled on some stocks. As for your question, broad-based rally is out of picture until earnings outlook questions(per company) is answered.....Perhaps late Oct....but even then, don't count on "broad based" because......Too many thesis's have been proven dead wrong in disastrous stocks such as MPLX, FWIS, XCAR, XLA, CTRA, RCOM, IWAV,..
