*OT* Any thoughts on today's rally? Just an oversold bounce? Dow held 10,600 on a closing basis...and Naz did not break previous lows (from Friday) this morning...that certainly will give the market some short-term courage, no?

Could the bottom for the Naz/end of bear for Naz (?) be established when: (1) Last Thursday night/Friday- Intel misses quarter, yet, Nasdaq V bottoms (First bottom) and (2) Today- Cisco, NT downgraded in a headline report......"slower" growth seen ahead....YET, Cisco, Nasdaq rally hard off the days lows..(retest of 1st bottom...double-bottom now in place)...

The market is reacting awfully good to BAD NEWS lately...I thought that meant you are at/near a bottom? Not to mention that Dow has tested 10,600 several times...has bent, but not broken.....
