John, IMO "I'm sorry" doesn't undo the financial damage done to many potential and actual shareholders that he influenced. I'd like to see some inhibition of his ability to post along with a financial penalty. Otherwise he'll be repeating the same MO on other stocks as soon as he feels secure.

John --- "it's never easy to admit being wrong." -- it's easier (and less painful and expensive) to admit being wrong before the law suit is filed than making the same admission afterwards. His outrageous statements on this thread left him rather vulnerable, and I'll bet his lawyer told him so. You can say all you want about the American legal system (and I often do!), but occasionally it results in right winning out over wrong. And I think this is just such a case.

Now, let's talk about those PO's and the rampup .....
